Cabbage Soup

I decide to try this Cabbage Soup after Thanksgiving! I ate way too much, I was feeling a little lethargic from all of the carbs and sugars! I knew I needed a good cleanse would do the body some good!

1 medium head of cabbage chopped
One medium yellow onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic
3 stalks of celery chopped
3 carrots chopped
1 medium zucchini chopped
1 16 oz. box of chicken stock
1 Red Bullion cube
1 tablespoon of Pepper
1 tablespoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
6 cups of water
2 tablespoons of Olive oil!

Step 1:

In a pot add your olive oil, garlic, onion, celery and carrots. Sauté all of your ingredients until the onion is translucent.

Step 2:

Add your zucchini to the pot and sauté for a few minutes, just enough, so it can absorb some of that amazing garlic and onion flavor!!

Step 3:

Add the entire box of chicken stock, the bullion cube and the additional 6 cups of water. Add the salt and pepper. And bring to a boil.

Step 4:

Once liquid is brought to a slight boil throw in that entire head of cabbage. Let that simmer for 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 30 minutes

I ate this cabbage soup 3 times a day for 4 days and it was delicious. I added a little sriracha sauce to give it a little kick! In between eating this cabbage soup I drank coffee and a premier protein shake for breakfast, and I drank some Home Made Beef Bone broth in between to help with any cravings I had!

I started on Saturday and ended on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning I had lost a total of 11 lbs. My mind was clear, I had no

sugar cravings and I had so much energy!
